Double-Crested Cormorant

A bird, a Double-crested Cormorant, perched on a stump with its wing spread. There are 4 tree stumps in the bottom 20% of the frame, positioned to the right. The bird is on the middle stump. Its head facing upward and skewed to the right. Its beak and eye are prominent. The background is rippled blue water.
