A bird, a Bald Eagle, perched on a tree limb and surrounded by a tangle of tree limbs. The bird is on the left side of the image and is looking to the right. The bird’s body is black with some very thin stripes outlining the feathers. Its head is white. Its beak is yellow and its eye is yellow and outlined in black and with a yellow dot in the center.

Bald Eagle Family

Juvenile Bald Eagle

I was walking a trail when the Juvenile Bald Eagle flew past and, as I found shortly thereafter, landed among a cluster of trees about 100 yards away. Very soon thereafter, the adult Bald Eagle flew into a nearby tree and began to call. The juvenile ignored the cries of the adult.
