A small bird, a Tufted Titmouse, perched on a branch in the lower left quadrant of the picture. It is facing left. Its black eye and black beak are prominent as are its claws wrapped around a tree branch. The bird is perched among several branches, mostly horizontal but a few vertical. The tree trunk is along the right side of the picture.
