Song Sparrow

A bird, a Song Sparrow, perched on a tree limb, facing left, and located just right of the middle of the photo. The bird’s legs, claws and beak are a pinkish color. It has a black eye with a black eye stripe extending from the right side of its eye and curving downward. It has a white patch under its beak and a white breast. The remainder of its feathers present a striped pattern. The background is rippled, silvery water with a few pieces of green vegetation.

Canada Geese

Canada Geese are quite common and often don’t make an eye-catching photo. But when seen in the right environment and living their lives, their beauty is enhanced marvelously.

Atlanta Snow Birds

A few weeks ago, we got several inches of snow across the Atlanta, Georgia, USA metropolitan area. I took advantage of this uncommon occurrence to photograph some of the birds that reside here.
